Dinner

  • One tbsp. olive oil, One cup broccoli,

  • Two tbsp. olive oil and spinach cooked with garlic
  • One sweet potato (baked)
  • Four oz. grilled chicken sausage

Choose any 1 of these three daily in dinner.
